Standing for Independent Rep

I am currently studying Business Management with Plymouth University. I am from Devon so benefit from having a good local knowledge. I am also a member the Management Society. I have previously been Chair of various committees’ at School and College. My background before coming to University is in financial services in which I worked for the past year, before that I worked in various roles within hospitality ending up as assistant front of house manager. I am a strong and passionate individual. I would like to be your strong voice in Student Parliament. I am approachable and eager to listen to you and your views. I pledge to work hard in campaigning for change in any issues affecting you. My interest lies in the success of the student body as an influential voice at Plymouth University. Two initial issues which I plan to focus on, once elected, is to try and resolve issues with the new timetabling system. I also propose to campaign for better access to facilities for clubs and societies within University. I will strive to represent views of all individual students and those of Clubs and Societies. I have considerable experience in delivering successful projects through proactively making things happen.
