Thanks for showing your interest in TermiSoc, The University of Plymouth Students' Union Networking Society!
We have been established since 1991 and offer a range of stuff to anyone who cares to join:
* Websites and E-mail addresses
* Weekly tutorials circling around anything technological (examples include Digital DJing, Game Programming, using computers and much, much more!)
* Special Events (such as LAN parties and trips to expos)
* Regular socials (most not requiring alcohol!)
* Workshops
* Road trips
* Film Fests
* Gaming Fests
* and more!
We happen to run the web and mail servers ourselves, hosted right on campus and running 24/7 on the university backbone (and with 99% uptime), powered by Linux, large mugs of tea and the sofa.
...and to cap it all off, we spend plenty of time with the Devon and Cornwall Linux Users Group.
