Our Freshers Fair packages are designed to maximise your reach and save you money. Limited availability of these bespoke packages, please book early to avoid these packages being fully booked.

Freshers Fair Stalls

Our Freshers' Fair is free for all our 16,000+ students to attend on the day. On average we see 8,000 students attend the Freshers Fair. Our Freshers Fair hosts more than 60 stands, being held over two different venues; Rolle Marquee and the SU Roof.

We offer a variety of spaces and stand options, as well as some packages on the next page to suit all budgets and are able to accommodate larger activations, installations or vehicular promotions as part of this event.

All of our stands come with a table and two chairs, power, access to WiFi.
