If you could change one thing in your Faculty what would that be?
If I could change one thing in my faculty, it would be improving how student feedback is actioned and communicated. Many students share valuable insights but they don’t always see tangible results or updates. I would work to create a more transparent and responsive feedback system, ensuring that student concerns are addressed promptly, outcomes are clearly communicated and their input leads to real improvements. This would strengthen trust, engagement and the overall student experience.
