Embrace the Serenity Within at our Monday Tranquillity Zone
Monday’s just got a whole lot more peaceful! Let's create a sacred haven – a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Join us every Monday from 1-2pm, as we gather to share music, prayers, passages, inspirational quotes, and poetry that nurture our souls.
Imagine immersing yourself in the soothing strains of melodious tunes that calm your weary soul. Feel the words of heartfelt prayers wash over you, offering solace and hope for the week ahead. Discover passages that resonate deeply within you, reminding you of life's profound beauty. Share inspirational quotes that uplift others and inspire endless possibilities. And let poetry transport you to ethereal realms; unearthing emotions you didn't know existed.
In this welcoming sanctuary, we invite you to come as you are - no formalities or pretenses required. Bring your favourite readings or choose something from our rich collection to share with kindred spirits who embrace vulnerability and personal growth.
This event is hosted by the University of Plymouth Pastoral and Spiritual Support Services.
