The Students' Union is hosting Wellbeing Wednesday on January 31st from 12 pm to 2:30 pm. This event provides an opportunity to explore local charities that support student well-being, with various booths offering information on topics such as mental health and fitness. Attendees can gain valuable resources and services to enhance their overall well-being.

University of Plymouth - Speak Up Reporting - Students and staff can use the Speak Up tool to report abuse, harm or hate that happens on campus. Whether it's sexual harassment, racism, homophobia, a single instance of discrimination or enduring abuse, we want to empower students and staff to Speak Up.
Kooth Digital Health (Kooth and Qwell) - Qwell is an anonymous site which helps adults feel safe and confident in exploring their concerns and seeking professional support.
The Zone -. The charity offers confidential support and information to young individuals. These services, accessible five days a week, are facilitated by dedicated volunteers and cover topics like emotional well-being, housing, sexual health, and mental health. They also provide information about specialist services and can make referrals to both internal and external services.
Eating Disorder Service - EDS provides counselling/therapy to those with eating disorders. They work closely with the local NHS services to provide comprehensive support.
