Come and try the SU Gym! We are opening the SU gym to students on the UPSU Buddy Scheme for free!

The gym is typically quieter from 10am to 12pm, so this is a great chance to explore the gym and make some friends while you're there. There will be some volunteer buddies at the gym to help out if you need it.

You will need to give your name to the staff member on reception, and you will be shown to the gym. You could use the Buddy Scheme chat to see who else is going too! 

You can collect a token from reception to access the lockers in the changing rooms. Bring along a bottle of water and get ready to work up a sweat!

Please buy a free ticket for this event, we have put a cap on numbers to ensure the space feels calm and quiet. We can't let students into the session without a ticket! 

We are running multiple sessions throughout September and October, so feel free to sign up to more than one session! We also really appreciate your feedback about these sessions, so we can keep these going. We will send out feedback froms after each session to get your ideas!
