This pool session is a perfect way to learn or develop your swimming and water safety.
The session is 2 hours, run by a friendly and qualitified swim instructor!
Things to bring:
- Towel
- Swimwear
- Plastic bag for wet swimwear
- Dry clothes for afterwards
- Drink of water
Optional:
The session is taking place at The Life Centre, located in Central Park and is about a 20/25 minute walk from the SU roof. There are also buses that go up past The Life Centre. If you require any assistance to get to and from pool sessions e.g. a lift or someone to walk with, please do not hesitate to contact with one of our committee members or email us at (plymcanoeandkayak@gmail.com) and we will try our best to arrange something.
Please arrive at the pool at least 5 minutes before the session starts in your swimwear, ready to go. Thank you!
