Intramural Sport

A bit of friendly competition

Designed to promote "participation through sport" at a semi competitive level. If you would like to meet new people, have fun and play sport at a level that is not too serious, then Intramural is for you. Anyone can enter into Intramural Sport, whether you play a sport for a club already or you would like to enter with a group of friends from your course, house, society you can.

The league sports are 11 aside Football and Mixed Netball however we also have a variety of tournaments to look forward to such as; Rounders, UV Volleyball, Dodgeball, Badminton, UV Table Tennis and 5 a side Football.

How to get involved

If you would like to enter into one of the Intramural tournaments please go to the Intramural League Event and find the league event you wish to enter into. You will then find instructions on how to enter. For all leagues and tournaments you have to enter by contacting the social sport coordinator at socialsport.su.plymouth.ac.uk. You will then be sent a spreadsheet to complete team data information.

Mens Football League

Minimum number of teams: 8
Maximum number of teams: 12
Closing Date: Friday 4th October 2024
Start Date: Sunday 13th October 2024
Price: £450 per team. £20.50 per player based on 22 players
Guaranteed 14 games across the season!

Netball League

Minimum number of teams: 8
Maximum number of teams: 12
Closing Date: Friday 4th October 2024
Start Date: Saturday 12th October 2024
Price: £200 per team. This amounts to £20 per player based on a team of 10 players
Now with weekly fixtures! Play each team twice! Guaranteed 12 games across the season!
