This term, I and my course reps have attended Teaching & Quality, Committee and SSLC meetings.
So far, I have set up a system to escalate discussion of specific modules in each course (such as attendance or pharm teaching). As a group, we have started to take steps for the school (consisting of medicine, D.R. and PAs) through increasing inclusivity via resource sharing, building a sense of community by liaising with MedSoc to provide for all 3 courses, making students more identifiable on placement (introduction of scrubs or lanyards).
Alongside this, most of the reps are involved with handling individual module related improvements.
