On the 22nd February 2024, the University of Plymouth Students' Union Pilates Club hosted their first event at the National Marine Aquairum!

This is the first event they have hosted as a club, which was a chance for their existing Pilates Club members to come together and socialise in a new environment, as well as meet new people and allow other students to get involved with their community: "It was such a lovely evening! The class was great and it was so amazing to see so many new faces!", Alyssa Mellerio, Chair of Pilates Club shared.

I really loved today's session at the aquarium - it was challenging but in a good way. The environment was so relaxing too. I love that it's such a judgment-free space! -- Dorottya Erdelyi (Pilates Club member).

Everyone is so nice and it's such a friendly community- it's exactly what you need to relax after a long day. -- Eleanor Webb (Pilates Club member)

I found the class so mentally relaxing- its also just a really nice community of people too! -- Emily Digman (Treasurer of Pilates Club)
