The University of Plymouth Swimming, Water Polo and Synchro Sports Club recently took part in the Plymouth Half Marathon on the 28th April which started and finished at Plymouth Hoe to raise money for Children's Hospice Southwest and St Luke's.
With eight members partaking, the club managed to raise an amazing £1200, with their top 4 runners coming 3rd fastest team!
Everyone had trained really hard for this over the last few months and the amount of money we raised was phenomenal. A huge thank you to everyone that came out to support us, and for all the donations! We really didn’t expect to come. - Henry (Treasurer)
