12 members of the University of Plymouth Netball Club travelled to the North of Wales to take on Mount Snowdon in aid of Mind UK.
They originally set their target to £1,000 which they thought might have been ambitious, however, they smashed this and still have donations coming through which currently stands at £1,283 which is amazing.
They completed it in 5 and 1/2 hours which was impressive considering they had not done much preparation.
Overall the trip went really smoothly and all girls were focused on the task. At times they said it was challenging but they ensured they stayed together and help everyone get to the top.
The members who took part said It was an amazing achievement and a surreal experience. One of the best things UPNC has done.
"The trip went really well I was so impressed with everyone’s efforts with fundraising and completing the challenge, was a memorable experience"
