4. You may not be interested in student politics, but your Sabbatical Officer team campaign on issues affecting all University of Plymouth students...
We understand, the main reason you chose to come to Uni was to study, not student politics, and you might not feel that the Sabbatical Officers or even the Students' Union as a whole are relevant to you. COVID-19 has turned many of our lives upside down and this year your team have led on campaigns regarding issues such as the Safety Net, rent rebates and student accommodation providers.
Their role is to listen to you and fight to have your voices heard in important meetings within the University and the local community, so it's vital that you choose the people who you think will do this best.
