While the SU and most of its activities may be closed over the winter break, we have got together a virtual bank of our Give it a Go sessions for you to watch and follow along any time, anywhere over the holidays. And even better, it's FREE!
Starting from Monday the 13th December until Thursday 20th January all University of Plymouth students get free access to our Festive Give it a Go Hub - upsu.com/festive-giag
From relaxing Virtual Yoga to help you connect with the here and now, to invigorating Virtual Abs Attack or Virtual Sweat & Sculp to help burn off those extra festive snacks.
To sign up for these free sessions, log into the UPSU website with your student details (if you're having issues logging in, click here for help) and check out the list of activities available to you. Simply "purchase" your free ticket and you will receive a link via email to the free video that you can rewatch anytime until the 20th of January. The links to the events you have got tickets to will also be available on the event and from the Festive Give it a Go Hub.
