Minecraft Society and SwitchUp Society come together for a joint social: creative building and minigame tournament!
Members shared with us an overview of their successful collaboration...
"This was our most successful online event since Minecraft Society began with many participants from both societies.
The collaborative build plot saw players adding to it every single day it was up. It showcases the wide range of talents and interests from both groups. The minigame tournament included new games and Minecraft versions of sports in a Nintendo-based setting familiar to many of our guests from SwitchUP. Many of these games were so beloved, they have now become staples of our regular monthly minigame tournaments too. A SwitchUP member won the minigame tournament, with a Minecraft member and the SwitchUP Tournament Manager (committee role) coming in joint second. Our Technical Officer was just one point behind them in third."
