Receiving emails regarding your Student Finance tuition fees? Here's what to do

Checking correspondence from the University is always vitally important, even if it is an email, you don’t really want to read.

Situations won’t just go away but if you do receive a difficult email and read it, you can then reach out to us if relevant and can offer advice.

It is around this time that the University start to send emails out to students who haven’t had their fees paid automatically by Student Finance. Like stated above, it is important to engage if you get an email of this nature, as ignoring it and hoping it will sort itself out will not result in a good outcome.

Not engaging to an email like this could lead to your access being sanctioned, which will in turn impact your academic work and may lead to you not being able to submit an assignment. Too often we see this happen because students haven’t been honest with the University. These situations can be sorted, but only if you address them.
