We have a large range of classes on offer throughout the week. Our classes are run by qualified instructors helping give you the best experience. Classes are included with a Gym memberships or you can pay per session.
We have available a full sized sports hall for sports such as basketball or badminton which can be split into 4 courts, 3 squash courts and a studio. We're sure to be able to offer the best space for whatever sport you want to play, or if you want a hall to hire.
