Hey everyone,

Welcome to the UPSU Book Club!

Once a month we pick a book to read as a group and then discuss it in the next meeting! It is just that simple. In between our monthly book meetings we will have a mix of other socials, both reading and non-reading related. We aim to provide a safe space for everyone to get together, relax and have some great conversations.

Socials

Throughout the year we will hold regular social events which will include:

• Movie nights
• Quiz nights
• Literary-themed parties
• Book swaps
• Boardgame nights
• Craft nights
• Pottery painting
• Seasonal events i.e. Christmas dinner
• And more!

Fundraising and Volunteering

This year we will be running fundraising events for the Plymouth Domestic Abuse Services (PDAS).

Books will be voted on and chosen by members in our private Facebook group.
