The SU Gym is situated conveniently in the heart of campus, open to students, staff, and to the public.
An SU Gym membership provides you with unlimited use of a 50+ station, air-conditioned gym with the latest gym apparatus as well as a diversity of strength and cardio classes, including yoga and pilates!
The SU facilities also include squash courts, a dance studio, a multi-purpose sports hall, and a sports injuries clinic, as well as expert support from our friendly and knowledgeable members of staff, including personal programmes, training sessions, and nutritional advice!

The SU gym boasts an air-conditioned environment, and additionally, we offer a large group exercise studio, 3 squash courts, and a four-court sports hall available for hire.
Our gym is equipped with a variety of resistance and cardio fitness machines, as well as a free weights area. With such diverse options available, there's something for everyone to enjoy and achieve their fitness goals.
Our team of fully qualified health and fitness experts is always on hand to provide personalised advice and support, ensuring you get the most out of your workouts.
