Before Game Day
*Q My team can't play a BUCS fixture. How can I request a fixture change?
*A If for any reason, you need to change a fixture, you will need to submit a fixture change request. To do this, download the form below and send it to the BUCS email.
While we try our best to accommodate all teams' requests sometimes fixtures are not movable.

On the Day
*Q I think someone has broken a BUCS reg, what do I do?
*A You will need to find the BUCS reg you think they have broken, the full list of BUCS Regulations can be found here. Once you have found this, you will need to quote it on a playing
under protest form. You should have at least one form printed at every fixture.
*Q Our transport is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances what should we do?
*A Contact Amy, the BUCS Coordinator. They will be able to get in touch with the BUCS Coordinator at the other institution to try to get the match delayed.

*Q Can I claim for travel to fixtures in the PL postcode e.g. Home games and to Marjons
*A No, you are aren't able to claim for any transport in the PL postcode. There are lots of public transport links to allow you to get to fixtures if you are unable to use your own transport.
*Q How do I claim back for train tickets to a BUCS game?
*A If you have traveled via a train organised by the SU for a BUCS Fixture you will need to fill in a train ticket claim form. Please then send this to bucs@su.plymouth.ac.uk

*Q How do I claim back for driving my own car to a BUCS game?
*A If you have traveled via your own car and confirmed this with the department for a BUCS Fixture you will need to complete a Vehicle Driver claim form. Please then send this to bucs@su.plymouth.ac.uk
